F.A.Q.
You can book our service online by filling out the booking form on our website. Choose your desired pick-up and delivery dates and times, and provide the necessary details.
Boxes can be received face to face while paying cash or we will send it to the closest security post near you. Then you will receive an email after the boxes are placed at the security post.
There will be a 100 NT per day consequence.
The package will arrive at your specified location on the same day as the scheduled pick-up.
You can pack most of your personal belongings, such as clothes, books, and small electronics. However, we do not allow perishable goods, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or valuable items like jewelry and cash. (including fragile items)
You can order as many boxes as you need. If you require more boxes after your initial order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange additional delivery.
Yes, you can change your pick-up or delivery date by contacting us at least 72 hours in advance. Changes made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee.
