While we ensure that each box is clean and in good condition, minor signs of wear may be present. If you encounter any issues with the box you receive, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Valuable Items
For your safety and the safety of your belongings, do not pack valuable items such as jewelry, cash, or important documents in the provided boxes. EasyMove is not liable for any loss or damage to such items. We recommend transporting valuable and irreplaceable items personally.

Arrival Date
Please be aware that all deliveries will be completed on the same date as the scheduled pick-up. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure that it will be easy for our team to access and leave both your current and new dormitories.
